Mauro Pinto was born in 1974 in Maputo where he lives and works.

Xerem: What is the inspiration behind your artwork for the exhibition?
Mauro Pinto: Life is my inspiration.

 Xerem: What else are you working on at the moment (future project / exhibitions)?
Mauro Pinto: I’m working on two projects, one with Gonçalo Mabunda and another artist.

Mauro Pinto: Be honest with himself and knowing how to learn.
